Vintage 1940's oil painting on canvas mounted to board depicting a young shoe shine boy plying his trade on the street in front of a store, maybe a soda fountain, while an old guy in what looks like a soda jerk uniform watches. Frame in silver gilt frame. Measures 25.25in x 21.25in framed and 14.75in x 11in image only. Condition: little speck of black at the very top of the boys head the size of a poppy seed, light soiling from age noticeable at bottom edge.
